Her professional expertise spans human resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and payroll management, alongside extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment and corporate relations. With an MBA from Sathyabama University, Vimala combines academic excellence with analytical prowess, demonstrated by her projects on recruitment effectiveness and game theory. Multilingual and highly interpersonal, she fosters strong collaborations and contributes significantly to team and organizational success.

Mr.Sampath Selvan

Brings over 15 years of professional expertise to the VVJ Charitable Trust , where he has served as Manager of Operations and HR since 2015. His leadership has been instrumental in driving organizational success, combining strategic planning with effective team management. With a strong foundation in hospitality from his Bachelor’s in Catering Science and Hotel Management and an MBA from Loyola College, Sampath has a unique blend of operational and customer-focused skills.

He is recognized for his excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a natural talent for motivating teams. His diverse experience includes sales management, business development, and human resources, making him adept at fostering collaboration, building strong relationships, and ensuring the seamless functioning of operations. Sampath's commitment to excellence continues to strengthen VVJ's reputation as a leader in education and professional development.

Subburaj R., the visionary behind our Trust, holds a B.Sc. in Physics from VOC College, Thoothukudi. His inspiring journey began as a laborer in Dubai, where his dedication and perseverance led him to rise to the prestigious position of Berth Master at Sharjah Port, UAE.

Driven by a deep sense of social responsibility, Subburaj R. established this NGO in 2003 to empower and uplift underprivileged communities. His unwavering commitment and relentless efforts continue to earn accolades and build a strong reputation for the Trust, solidifying its impact and mission to serve society.
